This notice explains how Averon handles the information you provide when joining our early access list.

Who controls your data

Averon is a project of Endorphin Studio Ltd. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, email privacy@escoacorrere.com.

What we collect

Your email address.
Your consent to receive Averon launch and product updates.
Limited technical data associated with the submission, such as browser user agent, page URL and submission time, used for security and troubleshooting.

Why we use it

We use this information only to manage the Averon early access list and send launch or closely related product updates. Our legal basis is your consent.

Service provider

The form is processed through Spoks, our email and contact-management provider, acting on our instructions. We may also use technical hosting and infrastructure providers to operate the website.

Measurement

We use Vercel Web Analytics to measure aggregate page views and form interactions, including successful or failed submissions and campaign attribution. These analytics events do not include your email address or any other information entered in the form.

How long we keep it

We retain your information while you remain subscribed or while it is reasonably needed for the purposes described above. We delete or anonymise it when it is no longer required, subject to legal obligations.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails. Depending on your location, you may also ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your data, or withdraw your consent. Email us to make a request.

International processing

Some service providers may process data outside your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.

We may update this notice as Averon develops. The latest version will always be available on this page.
